About Noah Project

Our Mission

The mission of Noah Project is advocating for victims and working to end family violence. Noah Project is a center for victims of family violence, serving ten counties in West Central Texas. We offer shelter and comprehensive support services to all victims of family violence, including men and unaccompanied youth.

Noah in Abilene serves - Taylor, Callahan, Eastland, Stephens, adn Shackelford counties. Noah - North serves: Knox, Haskell, Stonewall, and Throckmorton. Jones county is shared.

Our Goals

The goals of Noah Project are:

To provide quality shelter and support services, under the guidelines of Noah Project, to persons who are victims of family violence.
Community education that raises awareness of the issues and solutions to family violence.
To be an effective advocate in the effort to strengthen laws and policies concerning family violence.
